❊ We insist that amplified music is only played in the barn until midnight, and bands can only play in the barn and must finish at 11pm. Background music is allowed in the marque during the wedding breakfast, in the blessing area and the lawns before 6pm.
❊No smoking in either the barn or marquee.
❊ All lighting must be provided by the New Forest Event Lighting Company. (The Venue has no outdoor Lighting)
❊No naked flames in the barn or marquee. All candles must be covered.
❊Guests must keep within the boundaries of the Outdoor Centre and are not permitted to explore the estate.
❊Only dried flower petals can be used as confetti. (To protect our furry friends!)
❊Drinks as favours are additional to the drinks allowances and corkage will be applied.
❊Any drinks other than wine for the tables is in addition to the drinks allowance and corkage will be applied.
❊All site visits prior to your wedding day must be pre-booked.
❊There are restrictions on your choice of wedding photographer.
❊You can choose your own florist/stylist to supply flowers and table decorations.
❊You can decorate to your hearts content! Just provided you don’t damage our paintwork.
❊You can organise your own music(We always love to hear something new!) However your provider must have appropriate insurance and get in touch with out wedding co-ordinator in advance.
❊All music should not exceed 90 decibels.
❊You can chose and provide your own cake. We will provide the cake table and we have a section of different cake knives (Some not for the faint hearted!)
❊ We will arrange the cleaning of the venue for both before and after your wedding.
❊No fire works.
❊No Chinese fire lanterns.
❊No Dogs are allowed at the venue.
